Shipping and Deliveries

Your order will be delivered within the deadlines indicated below, delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:

• - Mainland Portugal - Delivery in 1-15 working days (after dispatch);
• - Azores and Madeira - Delivery between 3-30 working days (after dispatch);
• - Spain - Delivery in 5-15 working days (after dispatch);
• - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland - Delivery between 5 and 15 working days (after dispatch);
• - Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland and Sweden - Delivery between 5 and 15 working days (after dispatch).

 

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than €50 for mainland Portugal only.

 

Customs duties and import taxes:

Due to different customs policies and import taxes, Descontao is not responsible for paying them, which are the responsibility of the consumer, nor does it have control over other possible costs, fees or taxes that may be applied upon the arrival of a order to the destination country. The total price only includes the price of the item, the respective VAT, where applicable, and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact the local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
